Originally from Michigan, Dr. Owens attended The Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. He then attended Dental School at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
After practicing in Northern New Mexico for the last few years, and frequenting Durango, Colorado on his weekends, it became obvious that his heart belonged to Colorado.
Dr. Owens, his wife Mylene, and their labradoodle Jackie have all appreciated the warm welcome they have received from the community!
